With over half the global population currently residing in urban areas, a figure set to rise to 68% by 2050, the UN anticipates an influx of 2.5 billion people in the next 30 years, mainly in Asia and Africa. This rapid urbanization poses challenges such as slum formation, environmental degradation, and strained infrastructure. Urban Revitalization emerges as the solution, addressing these issues through a comprehensive approach. Seclink Technologies Corporation is a Firm headed by Mr. Nilang Shah and is backed by several large investors including Royal family offices of the Middle East. The firm is interested in undertaking viable real estate projects which include redevelopment projects across Asia, and U.S.A. and theme-based ultraluxury projects. Seclink successfully bid for the redevelopment of the Dharavi slums in Mumbai, Maharashtra and was given the mandate of the project by the Govt. of Maharashtra as its SPV partner. SecLink was brought into India by the joint efforts of UAE and Indian leadership. SecLink's Vision is "Human Upliftment through Urban & Rural Revitalization"
